Kelley Nicholas

Kelley Nicholas, MBA, is a seasoned commercial leader with more than 25 years of commercial experience driving growth across the medical device, biotechnology, and healthcare technology sectors. She has a proven record of building and leading high-performing teams, developing and executing growth-focused go-to-market strategies, and successfully bringing innovative technologies to market. Her leadership spans both global enterprises—where she directed teams of 300+ and managed revenues exceeding $750M—and startup environments, where she established and scaled commercial strategies and teams from the ground up.

As Chief Commercial Officer at Femasys Inc., Kelley developed and led the commercialization of breakthrough women’s health technologies. She was responsible for developing the commercial strategic plan, designing the infrastructure, and building the execution tools like incentive compensation plans, quota methodologies, sales force alignment structures and sales training models. She also identified the recruiting and hiring strategy that led to doubling the field sales force size in less than 90 days and building a team that led to significant growth and expansion of innovative technologies in the women’s health space. Prior to this, she held senior executive roles at NeuroPace, Hologic, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Medtronic, and Baxter, where she built high-performing teams, transformed underperforming businesses, launched disruptive technologies, and developed go-to-market strategies that drove measurable success.

With expertise in sales leadership, global marketing, strategic partnerships, and payer/reimbursement strategy, Kelley has a proven track record of developing commercial plans and strategies that revitalize businesses, ensure flawless execution of new product launches, and rapidly expands access to innovative solutions which drives top line revenue growth and accelerates the path to profitability.
